Polyester sprayfiller is a rapid cure, easily sandable filler, primarily used for repair work to damaged vehicle bodies. Chemical Basis: Formulated on a high quality imported polyester resin and extenders. Utilises a peroxide catalyst to cure. General Qualities: Rapid curing, application by spray, yields a film with good filling properties along with easy sandability. Physical properties:   Density: Component 1.46 Typical. Catalyst Component 1.0 Typical Flash Point: above 23 degree C. Solid content: 65% Viscosity: +/- 90 ku’s @ 25 degree C typical - Catalyst component water thin Spreading rate: Varies considerably depending on caot thickness, +/- 150 microns Finish: Matte Colour Availabiltiy: Grey Recommended Surface: Preparation: Should only be applied over a suitable primed surface. Surface should be thoroughly cleaned, dry and free of dust, oil and grease. Recommended Primer: N/A Overall Coatability: Can be coated with most types automotive topcoats. Recommended Thinner: Should not diluted prior to spray application. Application: Mixing Ratio: 2% by weight catalyst to base. Application Method: Spray Application Viscosity: as supplied Recommended D.F.T.  Drying Conditions Surface Dry: 2.5 hours @ 20 degree C ambient temperature, 20 minutes using low bake conditions. Flash off time: 10 minutes Pot Life: 20-25 minutes after mixing catalyst. Health and safety Data Use in a well ventilated flameproof area. Protective Clothing, gloves & goggles should be worn with an air fed mask when spraying. Storage: Products contain highly flammable solvents. Store in a flame proof area, away from any source of flame or excessive heat.
