PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Recommended Surface: Preparation: Should only be applied over a suitable primed surface. Surface should be thoroughly cleaned, dry and free of dust, oil and grease.

A range of Acid Catalysed Laquers with various gloss levels. Chemical Basis: Formulated on an alkyd and nitrocellulose combination and filled with fine particle size extenders. General Qualities: Fast drying laquer, Tough on mar resistant finish, low odour, good build and sanding properties. Physical properties: Specific Gravity: 0.93 - 0.96 kg/l Flash Point: 23 degree C Non volatile content: 35 - 37% m/m Viscosity: 20 - 22” (catalysed) Ford cup no4 @ 23 degree C Spreading rate: Range Availabilty: Gloss, Matte, Satin, Sheen

Recommended Primer: N/A Overall Coatability: After rubbing it down it can be coated with most types of A/C Products Recommended Thinner: Laquer Thinner Application: Mixing Ratio: 24:1 by volume Application Method: Spray application Viscosity: product supplied ready for use Recommended D.F.T. Drying Conditions Surface Dry: Air drying at 23 C & 65% relative humidity Flash off time: 5-8 mins @ 23 C Pot Life: 12 hours minimum
