PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Recommended Surface: Preparation: Should only be applied over a suitable primed surface. Surface should be thoroughly cleaned, dry and free of dust, oil and grease.

Nitrocellulose based Topcoat, A good quality, fast drying economical refinish coating. Chemical Basis: Alkyd / Nitocellulose binder. General Qualities: Economical, rapid drying and gloss top coats. Physical properties: Density: +/- 1.01 depending on colour Flash Point: below 21 degree C. Solid content 40% Viscosity: +/- 90 ku’s @ 25 degree C typical Spreading rate: +/- 11 sq metre / litre @ 25 micron dry film thickness Finish: Gloss Colour Availabiltiy: Black, White, Clear and full range of toners. Matte Black also available

Recommended Primer: Self-Etch primer. Overall Coatability: N/A Recommended Thinner: Grade A Lacquer Thinner / 300D gloss thinner. Application: Application Method: Spray Application Viscosity: 16 to 18 Seconds FC 4 @ 25 degree C. Recommended D.F.T. +/- 15 Microns per coat Drying Conditions Surface Dry: 20-30 minutes Flash off time: 10-20 Minutes Pot Life: N/A One Pack product.
